Digital Products/CDs

All digital music purchases are delivered instantly after checkout.

You will receive:

  • Immediate on-screen download access

  • A confirmation email with download link

No physical items will be shipped for digital purchases.

CDs are shipped from our CD provider directly which is Kunaki. CD's take from 1-2 weeks from order date to arrival. We submit the order within 24 hours of receipt. Kunaki ships the CD within 1-2 days from receipt of our order. Your CD should then arrive within one week of this, not counting weekends or holidays.

Merchandise (Print-on-Demand Items)

All merchandise is made to order.

Production Time

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery after production:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item type.

Order Tracking

Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

We are not responsible for carrier delays due to:

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • High seasonal volume

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos (if damaged)

  • Description of issue
