All digital music purchases are final sale.

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues with your download, contact us and we will promptly assist in resolving the issue.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise

All merchandise is produced to order.

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Item arrives defective

  • Incorrect item was received

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please email us with:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Clear photos of the product

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences
